Important Security Notice

By using Home Binder Kit, you agree **never** to enter highly sensitive secrets—such as bank passwords, credit card PINs, garage door keypad combinations, or WiFi keys—digitally into the text input boxes. The service provides optional "Include Handwritten Box" toggles. Always use these toggles to leave empty blanks on your printed output and write critical credentials down physically using a pen.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HomeBinderKit.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Home Binder Kit is a client-side household documentation builder designed to compile operational manual booklet files. The Service provides structured form inputs and formats them into an ink-saving 8.5x11 layout for physical print printing.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for the information entered into your binder. Since our app is designed to help you prepare your family or house sitters, you must not use the Service to:

  • Store, share, or compile sensitive banking, credit card, or investment credentials.
  • Upload illegal, copyright-protected, or malicious image attachments.
  • Reverse-engineer the IndexedDB local caching mechanism or compromise other accounts.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Home Binder Kit be liable for the loss of physical binder booklets, browser storage clearance, database corruption, synchronization lags, or any unauthorized access to your household operational manuals.

It is your sole responsibility to run regular manual exports using the Export Backup dashboard button and save your data securely.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued usage of the Service after modifications have been published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
